Yes! Not sure where that interest came from, actually. I've always liked reading, and story-telling; what language itself can tell us about people is like a story too. How it twists and turns and grows in the landscape itself... it's very fascinating.
I've been learning English since first grade... that's more than ten years, wow. But I blame any proficiency in using it on years of fanfiction. :P
